Caffe Nero

So sandwiches here are great, customer service is kinda there but not fully. We had to wait for a while being the first people at the register, and multiple employees staring at us waiting would walk away as soon as we’d make eye contact, showing they didn’t care we were waiting and making it seem like they didn’t wanna help. I got an iced chai and it’s the thickest chai I’ve ever had. Not sure if it’s because it’s “italian” style or what but the taste is okay. Just the consistency for me wasn’t there.

I am so willing and happy to express my pleasure in spending time in Caffe Nero, Wellesley!...which is becoming definitely my favorite coffee shop and where I happily invite and enjoy friends company. it's an amazing nice, cleaned, relaxing place with very tasty foods and drinks and a great fast, gentle, especially care service. Obviously my special congratulations go for the mind and the heart of the team, amazing manager Klodjana! Klodjana is a gentle Tornado!.. fast, nice and careful! In beggining I felt guaranteed qualities of service when Klodjana was present, but now I feel guaranteed those qualities on each member of staff even when she is not there. Just the dream manager for every ambitious business to succeed! Pleased and sincere congratulations to Klodjana, team and Caffe Nero!

Even though I was a little bit disappointed w/ the darn scarce selection of Chobani yogurt (i.e. Vanilla blended to celebrate my recent 5 YomSport medals), I always continue to enjoy our amazing lattes (i.e. Decaf Iced Mocha from earlier in the day on SUN, 6/12/22). Hooray for myself! Whew! Beth Budner, Auburndale!

Decent cafe serving its own brands of coffee, tea and snacks. It's in an old converted T station and cozy but gets packed especially with local college kids. Good coffee at relatively reasonable prices. Parking lot is next door with meter parking during the day. There are 2 single bathrooms on the right side.
