The nicest people waiting on us at the cash register everytime we go ! Regular shopping at 7-11 cashiers are very organized and thoughtful about your forgetting something you normally buy! Refills on my pipe and scull for my husband

Customer service literally does NOT exist at this store! The cashier(s) have no clue what is going on, nor do they care to know. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years, and it takes a lot for me to complain about something like this. However, I felt a strong need to express my feelings on my experiences at this 7-11. Do better….

Rude girl works overnights. Same experience as the pizza guy. Seemed like an inconvenience to ask her to do her job. Had to go somewhere else for coffee. It would be great if your employees on nightshift weren't allowed to have their sketchy boyfriends hanging out outside all night, and then staring at people like their gonna give her attitude.

Not a bad gas station, food is usually pretty good, only complaint is when ya order on doordash, options are limited and its hard to get through to call there as well. Got hung up on prob 4 times before someone actually answered and tried to assist with my inquiry.Some staff are good workers and friendly while others couldnt care less about doing their job.

First time there, will never return. Worker got mouthy with my fiance because he asked if there was any pizza, he only wanted 4 slices and a drink. After asking her to do her job, she told him the price was $28. Didn't pay. Walked out. Don't go here.

Kind of on the dirty side, noone who works there ever smiles and when i tried to pump gas in my car, the pump wasnt working right so i asked if i could just have a refund. The owner was there and told me "that pump gets water in it and i have to pump it different" thanks but it should work right and last thing i want is water in my gas tank. So eventually i got my refund but over all it was a really unpleasant experience.

Phone Number does not work! I thought maybe I had the wrong one, but it is the one printed on the receipt.
I poured a Cappuccino. It was supposed to be English Toffee, but has a nutmeg or Pumpkin Spice taste. Wasn't even going to call and complain just wanted to inform them. Cashier was very nice and friendly, which is the reason for the 3 - Stars.
