Absolutely awful. Went in here with my parents to eat breakfast. My mom and I had decent food, but my dad’s was awful. There was plastic in his sausage, we told our waitress, who was great, about our issue and she brought out new sausage. My dad goes to eat that and finds plastic in that as well. We inform the manager and he doesn’t even care and makes excuses. We will not be back in there for a while.

Ok, for starters...its been months since we ate here and decided to give them another try. Lets say it will be our last time. If they had a half star i would of put it. To start with the server was very nice and polite. The food not so good. Bacon cheeseburger..no bacon and bun was so soggy fingers were holding the meat and the fries were cold and soggy. 2 biscuits and gravy was 1 and a 1/2 biscuits but gravy was good. Turkey and bacon melt was good but bread was soaked with butter and falling apart fries were same as with burger.

My experience there was by far the worst experience I've ever had before in my life!!!! The waitress didn't even bother to get our drink order, I had to go say something to another waitress because we had already sat there 20 minutes. That waitress got our drinks for us! Then 15 more minutes go by our waitress finally showed up to take out order! When we ordered she didn't even bother to tell us they were out of items. Example I ordered a western omelet no onions. Well I got an omelet with sausage, cheese, tomatoes and onions which I'm allergic to. After saying something to the waitress who got our drinks, she informed me they were out of alot of stuff. It would of been nice if our waitress would of informed me they were out of bacon, ham and green peppers. I could've at least ordered something else! The only thing they got right with our order was our drinks, toast and rolls! That is it! It was absolutely horrible n I honestly don't think I will ever be back!!!!

Horrible. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E. Starts with hostess Karli lying about table availability. I asked for one on the window side to avoid the slowest waitress on the planet. She said the table there is broken. I seen others as she seated us with slow poke. It was 45 minutes from sit down to food on the table. Not busy at all. At least 4 waitresses for maybe 12 tables. I watched my pancakes turn to leather under the heat lamp for 20+ minutes. I am a regular customer averaging 10 visits per month. I am not going back. Steubenville is 100x better service. If Dave is still the manager he needs to fix this.
