I wish there was an option for no stars because even 1 is generous. Yes the service was fast, only because they pre-made the food and then microwed it before they put it in the bag. I live 2 minutes away and it was cold when I got home. The beef and cheddars barely had any cheese on them. My chicken sandwich wasn't even a chicken fillet it was 2 small chicken tenders on a sandwich. So basically I paid $20 for 3 regular roast beef sandwiches and a chicken tender sandwich. I don't want your apologies and you saying you will talk to your team so they can " do better".How is that suppose to make it right for me?? I need directed to where I can get a refund for your horrible food quality.

Food is good but it's very pricey. For 2 regular roast beef sandwiches, a small order of fries and a 5 piece jalapeno poppers it was over 30 dollars. A bit much.

I ordered the Wagyu burger because I've always wanted to try Wagyu beef. It was supposed to be pink in the middle, but my burger was overcooked and hard. There was so much sauce on it that it saturated the bun and dripped off onto my clothes. It was a very messy burger and not special in any way. I don't recommend it at all.

Weirtons Arby's is always fast service. Gets my meals right and the foods always hot and fresh. Plus the employees are always friendly

For a fast food restaurant I have to give them credit on the accuracy when you place an order nine times out of 10 it's usually correct.

My husband loves the fish sandwiches I've tried several different sandwiches they're all really good their staff is amazing and the lady that took our order last time was the best I've ever had she should teach her school she was so good

This Arby's is give or take, sometimes friendly and sometimes not so much. They seem to get our orders right most of the time but not always. Inside is clean. Being a "fast food" chain, it's too expensive to feed a family of four on the go, $50+ every time. :(

The fact I saw people who looked like me made me feel very very very very very comfortable. Us overweight people need moar opportunity and less shame. Also this place gave me a bowl for my cheese instead of a small cup.
