Empire Hots

Empire Hots is a classic Hots restaurant, with great food and quick service. The staff is friendly and attentive and will get you what you need, and usually does so with in a quick amd timely manner. Everything I have had here is always hot and made fresh to order, and there isn't anything I wouldn't eat here!

Very Simple hamburger joint. Have TV to watch if want to. Service very friendly and so pleasant by all. Burger was cooked perfect & just right size, slightly larger than roll so toppings not messy when eat, or burger smaller than roll. Hot dog done perfectly & also on just right size roll. Hot sauce, fries & onion rings also very YUMMY. Prices are good, DELICIOUS food & FANTASTIC service... what more can anyone want!! Highly recommend

Never had a bad experience here, one of the best places to get a garbage plate in Rochester. Prices for food here are also very resonable. The place is also very clean and all the employees running it are super friendly. I do doordash as well and go in there a lot to pick up orders, and the longest I've ever waited for an order was 5 minutes, and that was only a couple times. Highly recommend this place to grab a bite to eat

When we come up to Rochester to visit this is our go-to for trash plates! The couple that runs it are so friendly. The piled high plate never disappoints! Their hot sauce is spot-on for delicious covering on our cheeseburger plate with Mac salad & home fries. Even the side of bread was yummy. Oh and they have Loganberry! That made the trip for me - my favorite Buffalo area soda!! We can’t wait for our next visit to the area to enjoy another plate! 😋

Empire Hots has always been my go to place for a cheeseburger plate. Great portions and the food is always ready within a few minutes. The prices have continued to rise, which is to be expected, but seem to be getting a little expensive for my liking. Unfortunately my last trip here could truly be my last trip. I handed my credit card over before I was told my total came to $19.52 for a cheeseburger plate and a drink, which included their fee for using a credit card. I was asked if I wanted a receipt which I declined. I was given my card back and when I sat down to eat I noticed they charged me $20 even. I didn't say anything because it's only .48 extra but I didn't like that they were charging me an incorrect amount. If I can't trust a business to charge me the correct amount I'll just take my business elsewhere.
