Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

Best pizza ever! As a Navy vet, I’ve been around the country and had many kinds of pizzas. Salvatore’s was, hands-down, the best ever. We had the Salvatore pizza. Outstanding. It blows away the New York style, New Haven style, and general Greek-owned pizza joints we get in southern Connecticut. Wish we could get it here, but we’ll just have to travel back to the Rochester area for more. Highly recommended.

Jessica was the best server from the bar and our server she has the most bubbly attitude and made our dining so much fun. Best attitude we have ever seen. She has such the most friendly attitude and we will always come back just to have her serve us with her smile and great service. 5 stars for service

Meet friends here, and enjoyed the live music. The place was packed, dancing to the beat of the music. We all enjoyed different food items: a garden salad, a cheese & pepperoni pizza, and a delicious fish sub sandwich. Updated: 8-4-23 great time with some great people I meet, TY Sandie, and Amy the hostess/waitress is tops. Ciao!

Always good food, but rated 4 stars because yesterday they completely burned the pepperoni to the point it was unedible. It was fine once it was removed. I didn't tell the manager but will check my pizza in the car next time. A little black around the edges is normal for cup and char, but these were solid black.

Patty, Amy, Deb, Ian ... and so many more staff are the absolute BEST!!! My husband and I are so grateful for their service and conversations! Drinks are ready as soon as we walk in the door, couldn't ask for a better experience. And ... to top it off, they have phenomenal music!!! We truly appreciate and enjoy ourselves every time. THA K YOU !!!

We planned on eating at one of our usual places on 5/26 but way too busy so decided to check out Salvatore's where we've eaten and ordered takeout in the past. Well it was great, bought their hamburger and it was very tasty and fairly priced. The best part was the young man who did everything from seating, serving, and tending the bar. He was excellent, very pleasant, quick and took time to talk to those sitting at the bar 🍻as well as the tables. Heck I bet he could have handled being cook as well 👍👍👍 I suggest you check it out and one more point I have to mention is you could sit wherever you wanted vs one year ago !!!
