Bill Gray's Restaurant

They have a variety of food and drink items. They also sell Abbott’s Ice Cream. My son and I had Garbage plates. We both thought the food was good. We have gone here many times in the past and the customer service is dependent on the day/workers but overall decent. They also have a small arcade and are kid friendly. They have plenty of seating inside, a few tables outdoors. There is plenty of parking in their parking lot. Overall I would recommend trying it out. I will suggest before you go to look on their website because they usually have coupons/offers that are decent discounts, you can also find coupons in the local mailers occasionally.

I always love bill Gray's cheeseburgers with meat sauce & their crispy fries! Awesome!! & their buns are spectacular!! Electronic coupons with bar code via a smart phone are wonderful! Bargains. I buy the hot sauce on-line & give it as gifts. Just ate 2 cheeseburgers. Used the website coupon & saved $4.50 with the coupon! 2/19: I just went back to Webster for a visit & ate at this place. I used my mobile phone coupon & got a free cheeseburger. Their cheeseburgers are so tasty. Their fries are crispy. Their staff are nice. I would like to buy their tee shirt as a souvenir, but each time I ask them, they never have them. Please sell the nice black tee shirt with Bill Gray's Webster, NY on it. I'd like to buy one. I think Websterites & Rochestarians should eat at Bill Gray's rather than at the invading national chains. No one beats their hot sauce or the bargains with coupons. Their buns are superior too. Bill Gray's should give coupons to the Hampton Inn manager to place in their lobby. With all the choices travelers have, to get them into a hometown restaurant, you need to entice them. Consider free delivery to the Hampton Inn for orders over ?50? Actually a sign in the Hampton Inn instructing hotel guests to ask the front desk person for Bill Gray's coupons would be best. Do not assume everyone has access to smart phones & online coupons. Put H.I. on the coupons so you know how much business those specific coupons generate. 12/31/19: use the online coupons on your mobile phone! Great cheeseburger & crispy fires! It was busy, but I found a seat because it has plenty of seats. 8/29/21: I always use a coupon that you can get on your mobile 📲 , on their website. Their food is consistently great! 4/15/23: Everytime I go here, the food is consistently great! Their staff are always cleaning the restaurant.
