Called before I placed an online order to be sure an item was in stock. Drove 30 minutes to town to be told they didn't have the item!!! No manager on duty CRAZY! Wasted my time and gas money for pretty much an hour drive to and from town.

Not pleased at all and I'm gonna be blunt. Not sure what changed but the meat on the american club tastes packaged like the cheap stuff at Walmart. The employee making my sandwich coughed basically in the open while getting bread out, no mask. Should of left then, but definitely will not visit again. Disappointing because last experiences we're always good, been a few months since last visit.

Rude staff, was told that I don't know what I'm talking about when they started building a sandwich completely different than what I ordered. Tried to politely correct it and was upcharged for what should have been on the sandwich from the beginning. Will be avoiding this location in favor of ones who know their menu items and are willing to listen to their customers.

We really like this Subway and enjoy the special they have of 2 12in sandwiches for $5 each. The restaurant was clean and service was excellent. We will certainly visit there again soon.

Love their toasted classic italian. Fresh veggies, friendly staff, good experience. Joplin people always seem so friendly love coming here from Wichita.

Great place for a quick bite! Service was great, staff was friendly and had order prepared quickly. Food was fresh as were all the veggies. My new favorite subway!

Sandwich was good. Got the steak and cheese. Nothing extra special about it. If you like subway it was a good sandwich. Used a coupon for a free drink. Service was quick.
