Arby's

Love this Arby's. Staff is friendly and works hard to get orders out. Food is made with care and looks as good as it tastes. Excellent store 💙 Disappointing portion sizes for the more expensive sandwiches, especially the promo sandwiches like their new Brisket and Bacon Dip. But overall still great food.

UPDATE: I did email Corporate. It remains to be seen as to whether they will respond. Just be sure you check your food before you leave this place!! We ordered 8 sandwiches and got home and they had only put 6 in the bag. We had to drive back and get the rest of our food, no apology, no compensation for our time or gas! They should be able to do their job! It’s aggravating to customers to have to go back and get food that employees did not verify was in the bag. SUE, the alleged manager proceeded to call me a liar when I went back to get the sandwiches and then when I called to ask for her name she HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Beware of this place!!!

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Tonight was the last night I will return to arbys in Webb city. The manager called me a liar tonight. She claims she packed 8 classic roast beefs with cheddar sauce but when I got home there were only 6 in the bag. When I called because I was upset with how I’d been treated she said she’d taken care of it (even though she had an awful attitude the whole time) and hung up on me!!! Very disappointed!!!

ETA 6/22: It's been awhile since I ate here, and the food has gone downhill. I was in the mood for a French Dip so I stopped in. The stuff they gave me is NOT au jus. It looks sort of like gravy, except it's too thin, and it has no flavor. Honestly, it looks like they scooped it up from the bottom of a pan that was left in the fridge for a week. It's disgusting. The roast beef tasted like the cheap packages of deli meat Mom used to make SOS from. The staff is still friendly, at least. I doubt I'll be back. The service is quick and friendly and the food is good. There's never a hassle over using a coupon, which I appreciate because I love saving money. They're generous with the sauce packets, too. Unlike a lot of fast food places, they give plenty of ketchup, Arby's sauce, etc. so I don't have to ask for more. Try the Reuben, it's delicious!
