Culver's

I come here semi-weekly, the employees are very friendly and the environment is welcoming even within an hour of closing. I would specifically like to complement Mina for her excellent service. She was very friendly and asked if it was ok to vacuum in case it would be too distracting for our dining experience.

Culver's by far is my most favorite fast food restaurant. Their beef is fresh and always prepared uniformly and served hot. They have crinkle fries, which are never oversalted, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Inside. They have a large selection of fountain drinks and always offer a bottle of water. Instead. I usually get the kids meal, cheeseburger, because the burger is enough for an adult. An adult. Everything on the menu is delicious. They have very good chicken tenders and the custard is amazing. I may have tried every flavor they make. My favorite are the fruit flavors and cheesecake flavored custard. The employees seem to be very friendly and enjoying working there. It's a very busy restaurant, but they do a great job.

Went in jan. And didn,t get my rasbery shake.got home from drive thru and called, no problem will send 2 coupons for trouble. Only got one sent to me, no big deal thats all they owed me. Went today and ordered dinner for my wife and I. Inclouding my replacment rasberry shake. Gave the girl my money and coupon. Was told coupon was only good for concreate mixer, explained why I had coupon girl said no problem and got maneger who told me coupon only good for mixer. This was very upsetting as l always get ras. Shake and thats what they owed me. Told them I didnt give a f---- what there coupon was good for as they owed me a rasbery shake! Girl through my 20 dollar bill and coupon into my car and told me to leave so l drove off with nouthing.
