They never get the pink drink right... I will attach a picture of what I seem to always end up with. So disappointed. No strawberries, I barely tasted the strawberry açaí it was so milky...

First time to this location and the barista was extremely nice and recommended a nice holiday beverage. Delicious and warming!

Love the location. Not the coffee so much. This is a fun part of town to walk around. My only suggestion to Starbucks would be to watch the temperature of their coffee. Mine was only warm, not hot. So it cooled down very quickly, before I could drink much of it.

I will be avoiding this location. Terrible customer service. Tried this location once a couple weeks ago and waited forever for my drink. It was a little busy, so shrugged it off. Tried it again today. It was not busy. I ordered my venti iced caramel macchiato. There was one coffee and one tea drink being made in front of my order. The girl making drinks was very slow and was far more interested in chatting with another employee that was obviously off the clock. She finished the 2 drinks in front of my order and stopped! She was fidgeting with straws and covers, still chatting away with this other employee. The man who had taken my order, had to prompt this girl to start making my drink. I ended up waiting close to 20 minutes for my drink. My drink that I was handed was correct, but had milk and caramel drizzle running down the sides. What a mess. I wont be back!

A man accused me of saying the “n word” to him another time i was there. Never been to this location before. He repeatedly said that he recognized my face, and that I have to hit the road. I will be making a complaint against this man.

Excellent service, corteous staff, convenient location. Short walk from the beach. Large and spacious. Never seen it too crowded. Has some road side seating as well that kids enjoy seeing all the cars drivy by from. One can always wish for more - and lake view would have been it.

Great Starbucks with nice atmosphere large inside seating with clean bathrooms and fast service also has outside seating, the view is nice in back but wish you could see the lake. Friendly and easy service with the usual Starbucks delite and taste.
