We could not have been happier with the David and the Buttercream Cakes team. We loved the variety of flavors to choose from, we were able to pick a different flavor for each cake tier and 4 different flavors for the cupcakes. The cakes were as beautiful as they were delicious. We had 110 guests and ordered enough cake/cupcakes for 140 and had just a few cupcakes left so it is safe to say the cake was a hit with our guests! We cannot recommend Buttercream enough!

Our cake from Buttercream was just plain scrumptious. The flavors were decadent and delicious. The frosting was amazing and the design was spot-on. They were great to work with and everything went super smoothly. They have a partnership with our venue, Chanhassen Dinner Theatres, and we never worried about a thing. A heads-up: they are able to do gluten-free requests, but not vegan. We had to supply our own vegan cupcakes for a few of our guests, but that was just fine with us.

Did not honor anniversary cake promise. They changed their policies after our wedding, and did not honor a previous contract to provide one complimentary cake for your anniversary. If you do business with Buttercream you can expect that they will bait and switch.

Our wedding cake was BEYOND expectations. Beautiful and delicious! David was wonderful to work with and the tiers were carefully boxed to withstand travel of 180 miles in our car in an insulated bag we supplied. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Our wedding guests went crazy for these deserts! We wanted a different variety of desserts like fruit tarts, cake pops, brownies, etc. and to say it was a hit was an understatement! We had around 800 deserts for 350 people, and they were all gone in minutes! If you want the best deserts in Minnesota, you need to come here!

My husband and I got married last month at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres. Their package deal includes a wedding cake or cupcakes from Buttercream Bakery and how lucky for us because Buttercream is the best!! They have so many different flavors and designs to choose from. We had a fall theme with burgundy as our main color so the Azia design was perfect. We chose the almond praline and bailey's chocolate flavors, both were a huge hit at the wedding. Guests raved about how beautiful and delicious the cake was. Highly recommend Buttercream to anyone!!
