Not sure why they received a 96.5 on the health inspection (the place was spotless to include the restroom and the viewable kitchen area). Kevin was attentive to my special request and thoroughly completed my order. I highly recommend this McDonald's.....
Nearly noon on a Thursday. Drive-thru line was starting to back up on to the main road (Russ Ave). I decided to go inside instead for a to go order. Unlike sometimes in the past, my order of 4 burgers was ready in probably less than 4 minutes. I was surprised, and pleased. No telling how much time and gas I would have wasted in the drive thru otherwise. When the drive thru line is that long/busy, it can be very difficult to exit the premises. Parking and doing takeout allows one to exit the premises much more easily by going behind CVS to the traffic light between CVS and Verizon.
Went in lobby stood at the counter for 10 mins no service.. so we went ahead and went through drive-through. The food was good and hot. But was double charged for one of my burgers.
I was able to order at a kiosk which was quite easy and had my food quick. Quality was good and I was pleased overall for a quick meal on the road.
I don't like those kiosks. Food was typical fast food fare. Servers were busy helping people with the kiosks. Meh, it's Mickey D's...what do you expect?
Today's visit was AWFUL!

The girl that brought it to me was very nice.
But that's not what's most important is it. You go there for food.
First this was the worst Egg McMuffin I have ever had.
The muffin was cold, the slice of ham was so thin you could see through it. And it has no flavor whatsoever. The egg was also flavorless. The whole sandwich was blah.
And then, yes it gets worse, the sausage and egg sandwich I ordered turned into a McGrilled chicken sandwich!!
I hate Mcgrilled sandwiches, way too sweet. The whole sandwich tasted awful.
But I had already left by the time I opened the bag.
Please McDonald's, please pay attention!

McDonald's in Waynesville morning shift is simply amazing. Always brightening up my day with their beautiful smiles and chipper attitudes. I go EVERY morning 🌄
This McDonald’s consistently gets my order correct and the quality is appropriate for this type of establishment. Service is fast and friendly. The only downside is the ice cream machine periodically breaks or is unavailable which is sad when you have school age kids ready for a treat!

Awesome McDonald's!! They were fast and on point. They were moving cars in and out like lightning. Amazing service also!! The girl at the window was really friendly and served us with a smile.
