Chefs table is hands down my favorite restaurant! I am originally from New York but moved to NC 8 years ago and love trying new places. This place blows the other places out of the water. Their short rib blue cheese pasta dish is to die for as well as their deconstructed lasagna. My boyfriend and I literally drive hours across state just to make it here. That’s how good it is!! Fine dining at its finest. Don't come in dressed in your work clothes and take your hat off at the table. This is not your local chain restaurant. Everything is made from local markets and fresh ingredients to include the pasta.
We started with a house salad with raspberry vinegarette with our sour dough bread and hummus spread.
Then we had the duck and filet mignon. Both were cooked to perfection and the sides were mouth watering.
We finished with the new York cheesecake with blackberry sauce and a slice of rum cake. Both had our taste buds bouncing with joy.
Although we didn't have any alcoholic drinks, I did notice they carried a fine selection of liquor. In my previous days, I would have enjoyed a glass of Johnny walker blue label neat.
I highly recommend this place to those who enjoy fine dining and don't mind a bill that reflects the meal and experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us through our experience. We had the fried oysters and Brie salad, both of which were perfectly executed. My wife had the halibut special and I had the flounder stuffed with crab meat. Both dishes were amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a restaurant where every diner was talking about how great their food was. I highly recommend eating here. You will not be disappointed. Can’t wait for our next trip to the chefs table!

This place prepared legitimately one of the best overall meals I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten at some of the best restaurants in the largest cities. Chef’s Table does everything extremely well. Nothing was even close to good, instead it was all excellent.

My husband and I came for the first time on Thanksgiving, and it was wonderful! We plan to come back many times. The service was great, and the food was delicious.
Edit: We went back tonight, and it was even better than the first time. The chef is talented, the servers are amazing, and I love the small restaurant vibe! The chef came out and talked to us, and I think that was a wonderful touch. I recommend this place to anyone visiting western NC.

One of our favorite restaurants in western North Carolina. Hidden gem. We enjoy fine dining, and compare this restaurant to some of the fancy restaurants in the bigger cities. Food is always meticulously prepared and the service is always excellent.

I had the BEST yellow fin Tuna dinner I've ever had! Better portions, Tuna, flavor, Quantity and Price then Hanks Seaford in Charleston, SC (which was good) ....but... this place....It was AMAZING!!!

As a professional Chef, I don't get much time to go out to eat. Was here on business and was told about Chef's Table. They did not disappoint. Chef Josh delivered some great food, well presented and delish. If back in the area, I will definitely revisit Chef's Table.
