Taco Bell

My experience with you was terrible. This store is awful. The people who work there are so rude. They told us they wouldn't serve us we had to go through the drive thru even though the inside was open. This is not the first time we've experienced this. You really need to do something. I love your food but will not be back there unless something is done. Nobody should be treated like that. At the time on this last visit all we wanted was 2 drinks and they couldn't take the order. Please fix this. Thank you

I placed a large order of $77.49 to feed my family. It was the biggest disappointment ever. We had several items missing from our order. We made several requests to leave certain items off of several items. All of our requests were ignored. We found what appeared to be pet hair in 3 of our soft tacos. The chicken was over cooked and dry on a couple of items. Our entire order was completely screwed up. They failed to give me a receipt when I paid for the order. I called to speak with the manager and an employee answered the phone and made the comment that she should pretend to be the manager to her fellow coworker while on the phone with me. When I finally spoke with the manager, he said that I would get a full refund. When I go in the next day, they do absolutely nothing for me. This is no way to run a business. I don't recommend going to this Taco Bell/ KFC in Waynesboro, Ms.

They have the best customer service individual I've met in a fast food establishment! Today I went in for lunch and was greeted by Shaquilla. She was friendly, had a great smile, and made me feel welcomed like we were old friends. It's hard to find service like that! The food, of course, is always good 😋
