Hardee's

Ordered food and milkshakes on April 30,2022 at around 4:30pm. Got the milkshakes right away and was forgotten in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. Mind you there were literally no other customers inside or in the drive thru at the same time to cause the delay. It wasn't until I called them from the drive thru to remind them I was still waiting for my food that they finally brought it to me. By then the milkshakes were melted and the food they gave me was cold and garbage. No apology or explanation given. Should have gotten a refund.

I have never seen an establishment with such awful staff. Me and my mother went to Hardee's a couple days ago and got 2 big bags with roast beef sandwiches. Upon receiving the food, we realized they only gave us one bag (they did charge for 2 orders btw.) I went inside to get it fixed only to wait in line behind a bunch of other people who were also getting their orders fixed. After finally receiving my full order I went back to my car and took a sip of my drink only to find out they gave us the wrong drinks. It said on the receipt 2 diet Dr. Peppers (which is what we wanted) but they gave us 2 diet Cokes. A couple days later we go back for breakfast, hoping that we'll have a better experience (we did not.) We asked for 2 breakfast platters, an order of french toast dips, and a Frisco ham breakfast sandwich. After inspecting the food (we actually received it all this time, thank goodness) we realized that they did not put any ham on the sandwich, nor did they use sourdough bread like they were supposed to , they only used regular white bread. The sausage gravy was thicker than mashed potatoes and they also did not give any syrup in the french toast which should have been there. The lady who took our order was also very rude and kept interrupting as we ordered

If I could give negative stars, I would. Placed an online order, and paid for it then proceeded to the restaurant, where we found the doors locked, went to the drive thru and was told that the computers were down and they could not take any orders, when we said we ordered on line, but no, not through door dash they didn’t have any idea what to do or how to help me. Tried to call to discuss a refund and the phone just rings and rings.
