Kfc

My family and I don't go to KFC very much but we have gotten carry out here before and from what I remember it has never been that bad. More recently I took my daughter here for one of our daddy daughter dates and had no issues. The order was correct, the food was good and hot, the service was quick, the staff was polite and while we were eating they even checked on us and asked us if we needed anything. I have read through the other reviews and it was found that a lot of them were not that good. I spoke with the manager before I left to tell him that my daughter and I had a great meal and that I would be typing up a review that said so and he stated that was good because he just took over this location and had read through all of the bad reviews as well and was trying to change things for the better so give them a try or another try and make your own opinion.

The food here is fine when they actually get the order right. I would say in about 20-30 trips here at least 15 have been off. Say no pickles, always pickles. Say Sierra Mist. Get Mountain Dew. Say Mac & Cheese, get mashed potatoes. Oh, and the straw and utensils are forgotten a good 60 - 70 % of the time. But 3 stars because food is fine, just need better service.

I'm a regular here now. The food is always delicious and the service is good. They have difficulty keeping employees unfortunately, but the managers are troopers. There'll be days when only 1 or 2 people are working and it's still some of the fastest and tastiest food around. Give it a chance. Be patient with them. They're doing their best!

Come here regularly since I prefer kfc over Popeyes. No problems as far as quality of food. However none of the workers pay attention. I go through drive thru alot due to being very busy and constantly on the move and 9 times out of ten, my order is wrong. I'm not normally one to complain. I know it can be hard working fast food and keeping up with orders during rush hr. But seriously everytime I show up here? Even when they open first thing in the morning. been here at 11. An hr after opening. No one In line no one at all. Order one meal of tenders mashed potatoes and mac.instead i get 2 piece chicken with coleslaw and that's it. Idk how you manage to read the order back the right way and still send out the order wrong when thats only customer you have in the entire store. Should have just put a Popeyes here.

I have been here twice now and both times they are busy yes, but both times I haven't gotten everything with my order and you can't call to report it because they don't answer the phone or the number goes to a fax machine. The guy that was there both times was very moody. The first time he was very rude. Yes we have large orders but we have a large family. The first time we didn't get the Famous Bowl we ordered and the fries. The second time they didn't give us our large side of mac and cheese. He was a little more friendly that time and left me wait in the store. I am tired of spending money on things and then not getting them. The third time I went they forgot three sides but when I called in they finally answered the phone. I went back and picked up the three items they forgot and they threw in three cookies. I will still only go there every now and again. It really isn't worth the hassle. Margaret was working today and she did great and we got all of our food. Floor was sticky and ice tray on soda machine was full of water and things.

I had to wait for freshly cooked chicken, for about 10 minutes or so... But when I got home it looked liked old refried chicken battered in perhaps cornmeal!! It had very dark dried places on the meat. The crust looked cinnamon dark with white specks and underneath the inner lining look liked dark trapped grease from being refrigerated!! My French Fries were soggy and limp as if the grease was not changed... I contacted KFC according to my receipt on yesterday immediately after taking it out of the bag, haven't received a call or email as of yet!! The guy at the REGISTER was Extremely Nice, but the people handling the Order definitely need to proper training before the Health Inspectors are called! Ooohhh my goodness!

I ordered their chicken sandwich they gave me 2 chicken fingers toast with a ton of Mayonnaise and 2 pickles made me wait outside for 5 minutes for fresh fries that's right it was half full and they were cold where's KFC have ever been to and the kid that brought an alchemist and here's a chicken sandwich and flung it into my car
