Very cool little bar. Staff is super friendly! Mostly familiar bar food, but they have a Korean Fried Chicken sandwich that I just had to try cause 1-I'm half Korean, and 2- there's No Real Asian cuisine for miles and miles. It was really good and I will definitely order it again! The sweet potato fries come with a marshmallow fluff to dip them in and it immediately reminded me of sweet potato casserole. Cons: 1-I'm in a wheelchair and though they had a ramp on one side, there was a large lip to get in the door, and I would be able to pop over it in my manual, but my electric wheelchair almost didn't make it over it. The other side of the restaurant is completely inaccessible to wheelchairs. It's an older building so the doorway is too narrow and the steps are too steep. Hard to say how to remedy that I guess you just have to accept the fact that you can't go everywhere you want. The wheelchair WILL stop you sometimes and it hurts but we move on. 2-They were out of some menu items and that's understandable due to the shortage we are all experiencing. My husband was really wanting to try the chicken wings and they were out.

I have ordered several to go items in the past that I loved. Finally got a chance to go sit down for dinner and check out the atmosphere. It was wonderful! We had the ribeyes and they were delicious. I tried the drink special pineapple upside-down cake the bartender recommended and it was fabulous!!! Bar was clean, wonderfully decorated with local art, servers were amazing, and other bar patrons were so enjoyable. Can't wait to head back again Saturday to see if I can convince someone to let me watch my Texas Longhorns play since the Buckeyes are off this week. 🤓🤘🤷‍♀️ This is a wonderful place and as an Ohio transplant im so glad to have found Brisket that reminds me of home!

I'm unable to respond to your response of my second review of your business. I did do a review of our very 1sr visit also. Just to clear that misunderstanding up... My most recent review was not my 1st & I do not post just negative experiences. I'm very sorry that you feel that sharing our experience is a threat. It is in no way shape or form a threat and I also comprehend that your establishment is a human ran business. After all... Our goal was to visit & support a locally owned business, have a human experience & a good meal. During our visit we sat at the bar & at the bar there was much more activity from staff than just one server. Six to be exact and if I remember correctly, the owner who made more than one visit to the bar. I did leave out details of one staff member mixing drinks for other customers, finishing up the leftover cocktails & also doing shots behind the bar. I'm happy that he was not thirsty while we shared what was left of my beer. The excuse of being only human & placing the blame on one serves shoulders is a no, no. The team was not a team! If our highly priced brisket was perfect when it was put in in the paper container it's impossible for it to dry out during the walk from the kitchen to the bar. I did attempt to get the attention of of server & the young man that picked up my husband's empty glass. It should have never been picked up without asking him if he wanted another. I've been a server. Some very helpful tips are to be friendly, pleasant & never let your customers glass go empty. We definitely needed beverages to wash down that extremely dry brisket.

Solid little place to eat. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Tacos were delicious and cheese curds were solid. Decent prices and would highly recommend. Glad we were able to stop by for lunch.

The meat was smoke and very satisfying.. It was amazing. We had 1/2 lb of sampler ( that includes 1/2 lb turkey, 1/2 lb brisket, 1/2 lb pulled pork and 1/2 lb of chicken). My husband like the mt. fire sauce. We are going back in on a Thursday for the ribeye meal.

The first time we visited the Beast and Bottle when they opened the food was amazing! The staff even brought us a sample of smoked Turkey straight out of the kitchen... WHAT HAPPENED??? We stopped by this evening for a bite to eat & that's excatly what we got. $16 for 4 very dry slices of brisket.. that's insane. The best part of our meal was the instant mashed potatoes topped with whatever we scooped off & the cole slaw. A staff member picked up my husband's empty beer glass & we share the last of my beer. 👎👎👎👎👎 Sorry.. we won't be back & I'll share our experience.
