The female manager smelled like alcohol and was very rude. Was rushing me to order, she was slurring her words. And when I pulled forward she was standing outside the back door smoking. This place was disgusting. She was coughing bad. You could just tell she was sick. I wonder how the health department feel about someone so sick working with food. I will give them a call or email to let them know about this. It is just disgusting to think she is around food like that. I would recommend not eating here.

Really looking forward to breakfast here this morning, only to find the place was abandoned with a sign stating they were closed until 10:30. They are located at the far end of a one way street, so navigating here is awkward and out of the way on a busy morning. Such a disappointment. If staffing is the issue, then pay your staff more. I am more than willing to pay a few extra bucks for my meal but I can’t do that if you’re closed.

On Monday 11/8 there was a lady drinking what looked like airplane shots and crying in the trash area. She was yelling at 2 other employees about something. than a red truck showed up I would say about 5:30 a guy got out and was talking to her for about an hour or so before leaving. It looks like you have cameras maybe you could check it out. but it does not look good. I didn't see any costumers served why this was going on.

I had just ordered there. 30$ worth of food. I got home bit into my sandwich and it was very hard. I couldn't even rip it apart. I called and brought my food back which yhey did take. They continued to huddle over my bag and rip the food apart and Talk poorly in my face. The drive thru employee pretty much called me a liar as he said, "we make our food fresh after 5pm so I assure you they weren't old.” I knew they weren't fresh because it takes almost 6 min for crispy chicken and also a drain time. They ended up replacing my sandwiches but now I don't even want to eat them because of the way they acted.

My partner and I rarely visit this location anymore due to bad experiences in the past. But we decided to give it another shot tonight and we were not disappointed! Sam was awesome. Very friendly, fast and even made us laugh! The food was great. There was no rushing when they put our food together, the quality was there. We will be back. Thank you guys! 11/13/2020

My order has never been messed up here (and I always change up my food quite a bit). I typically go here around noon hours and have never had a problem with service or quality of food. When I ask for condiments on the side they are never skimping on me; always a good healthy portion. Went here once or twice around dinner time and the wait time on the order was a little longer than usual, but it was a tad busier than what is typical maybe.
