Pizza Hut

I used to think this place was decent but it has really fallen off in the last year or so. Everything tastes old or stale, nothing fresh or appetizing, rally skimps out on cheese and ontop of forgetting to put the crust seasoning on the pizzas they also straight up forgot to put the parmesan/garlic on the bread sticks and give you a comically plain slab of dried up/stale bread instead. Do not recommend

The food was made and delivered in a timely fashion, the order was exactly as we specified online, and the delivery driver was courteous and kind, even when our dogs decided they needed to say "hello." The driver even helped us diffuse the dog situation by giving them a little attention, allowing us to regain control. Two thumbs and tails, way up!

It was 30 minutes late, despite ordering 2 hours ahead. I had to call 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. I was lied to by the staff who told me it was out for deliverery. 15 minutes later. I got a text that the pizza was on its way. It arrived 5 minutes later. This was for a birthday party and as a result we had to rush eating and we were still late for our event. Update. Tried a couple more visits. Much better with timing. I did drive up and they were not quite as hot as I would have thought even though I came right when it said ready. I will say, I miss the seasoned crust now too. I'll try a couple more times and see how it goes.

I arrived at my scheduled time to pick up dinner and was told that the cook never showed up. I live 15 minutes away and was told my wait would be 15-30 more minutes. The person at the window was very kind and cancelled my order. But, to spend 30 minutes in the car to not have dinner is very disappointing - someone could have called or emailed me to let me know my order was going to take more time.
