Athens Grill

Athens Grill is a smoothly operated, laid back, and highly efficient Greek-American restaurant that caters to families, bar patrons, and everyone in between. My wife ordered the Chicken Pita and loved the freshly made pita, tender well-seasoned chicken, and was raving about the pickled red onions. We split the Mediterranean Grain Salad and really enjoyed the green mix they used that was heavy on arugula. This salad is really worth a try! I enjoyed their Loaded Classic Gyro and the ratio of meat to sauce and veggies was very generous and I found it to be a good value. The bathrooms (mens room atleast) were clean and well stocked. My only complaint from my visit here was the faucet doesn't have a screen on the outflow so it gushes out at high speed. Doused me pretty good before I could turn it down. We will definitely be returning to this fine establishment and look forward to trying their wings and smash burger and sitting at the bar.

Delicious gyros and generous portions. The French fries were surprisingly well paired! You better come hungry if you order the loaded gyro, but it’s definitely worth the up-charge. There are some kid menu items as well. The interior here is pretty cool - mainly a restaurant with seat yourself seating, there’s a chic little bar nestled in near building center with a few screens to catch a game. We’ll certainly be return customers.

It's a cute place, but a bit loud. Portions are generous and served hot. We ordered 3 gyros w/fries, and the order arrived quickly. The meat was very salty and a bit greasy, but overall, not a meal I would say was bad. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, and the food was priced fairly.

I'm truly sorry to write this review after over a decade of supporting Athens especially when they were in the shell gas station and trying to support them these last two years. Our numerous orders online have been consistently over 20 minutes late. While trying to speak with someone and letting them know the issues we were told by management on on 4/28/2022 at 630 PM to just go to the drive thru instead of online because its faster. The cashier was just as fast to point to the manager. I am not sure what is going on there but my extended family and myself are now ready to be done with Athens. I will make an attempt to contact the owner but am not optimistic. We really do love their food, however it is just not worth the constant hassle and not even being able to get 2 minutes with management to scratch the surface. I am sorry Athens. After repeated attempts and years of support we are ready to quit supporting you.

Went here for my oldest daughters birthday. The food was great, we enjoyed that part but the place was very loud. Some staff was friendly, some was not. Some comments were made towards my family that were not nice and the mood went from happy to depressed. If I was going to get food from here I'd use the drive thru. Not an environment I enjoy.
