Erik took great care in preparing my Hawaiian gluten free pizza. As with gluten free baking, it is hard to get all the crust to perfection. However Mke pizza achieved over 90% perfection with the crust just slightly browned and crisp. The pineapple banana protein smoothie was awesome. Erik went beyond his talent as a pizza maker by catering(pun intended) to offer a senior discount. Well done!!!

This place continues to prove how exceptional they are. We tried their 7-cheese pizza on top of their NEW hybrid crust and my wife’s words matched mine, “OMG, this is amazing!” The side items were a perfect compliment along with the fast service, friendly staff and and an I nviting store front. I will be back…often.

Pizza was great. You get what you pay for. Quality ingredients, delicious pizza. Giant foldable slices which I love. Now for the reason for the missing star.. The garlic knots had a weird sweetness to them, almost like they had been prepped to be cinnamon sticks or something. I will order this again and again though. Just skip the knots. We had the Medium (spice) pepperoni pizza Hawaiian and a Margharetta with peperoni. All of which were just amazing,

We received a gift certificate for a free large pizza in the mail. The pizza was delicious. We especially liked the sausage that they use. We will definitely be back again!

Hands down the best pizza in Waukesha! We love coming to mke pizza. The Empizzada sticks are to die for, the wings are amazing and the garlic bread is out of this world. We have never been disappointed coming to EB’s. The owner is so friendly and always goes out of his way to come out and talk to us when we pick up our pizza too! 10/10 would recommend!

The EB's Garden Pie thin crust pizza is loaded with veggies. The cheese also goes all the way to the crust. The pizzas were quick to bake and be ready for pick up.
