So tonight i ordered the daily dinning box with two medium size pizza, 8pc of boneless wings and 5pc of breadsticks. Presentation was fab and it taste real good
I'm usually a Domino's Pizza girl but my Big Dinner Box order was a perfect date night choice that my partner really enjoyed. I would recommend giving it a try. A bit on the pricey side - I wish there were more wings included in the box - but the pizza taste was an easy save and I'm glad I didn't have to throw away more than one piece of cardboard.

All they have now is pick up and delivery. A little out of my way for a pizza pick up but the Zion store never seems to be open anymore. Another Fall From Grace. When I asked why there were still tables the Host said that people can still dine in if they want to but they have no more drink fountains. Sad what Pizza Hut has become. Corporate has ruined the dining experience! I remember in the 70s 80s 90s, going getting a picture of beer before your meal settling in for a nice tasty hot pizza.
Food I ordered was fresh, hot, and delicious. Great customer service. Just had to wait too long.

Update: 9-17-23; So we decided on pizza lastnite. I had to get my favorite, cheesy bread. I realized I had enough pts to get a free order! That made it even better. So we ordered a LG Hand tossed Italian sausage pizza and order of cheesy sticks. It did come out to $27. I think that is still ridiculous for 1 pizza and sticks. We live like 5 mins from the restaurant. I think delivery fee should be based upon the miles. That's just my opinion.
Update 7-13-22: It's getting better at this location. They must have gotten a new whole staff. I appreciate them listening the the feedback from their customers!!
-Stars! Their customer service has gotten horrible over the past year! They must have had a huge turnover at this location! Not only has their attitude changed, so has the taste of their food! We ordered 2 chicken Alfredo pastas n a order of garlic knots- which was part of their $5 deal; guy on phone says its now $6; and it came to $24 n some change!!
By the way, they will stop delivering whenever they decide to these days! Called one night(on a sun) at about 8 or 9, and they said they stopped delivering for the night. 🤔
I knew the pasta tasted funny, but couldn't pin point it til my hubby said it. The pastas did not have any chicken?! Like seriously?! It was horrible! The noodles were hard and it had no taste!I gave the rest to my dog.
I called to speak to the with the manager today, and she had this nonchalant attitude. It's like, she knew there was going to be something wrong as soon as she got on.. "So what do you want me to do for you?" Excuse me? 🤦Never will we order from this location again!!
My favorite pizza when it's actually cooked through and through. Place could be cleaner but I don't expect much from waukegan anyway.
I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the counter for a pick up order. Great customer service, I was only there for about 2 mins from the time I parked my car until the time I got back in the car. It's a Friday night and it took 20 minutes or less for them to make 2 large pizzas. Thanks for the delicious dinner and keep up the great work!
One if the last remaining Pizza Hut Restaurants that still operates as a restaurant.
As the parent company gradually tries to ruin the brand, this Pizza Hut holds on to it'd heritage as best it can.
The pizza, appetisers and salads are exactly how I remember when Pizza Hut was the place for Pan Pizza. The staff is always friendly and the service is excellent!
I hope this restaurant can hold on to what makes it great. It'll be a shame when the last one flips to being fast food carryout only crap pizza.
Eat here as often as you can!
