Traditional Hot sub sandwiches that are amazing and delicious. Wonderful and fast customer service inside and outside while using the drive-thru. Great unique chips. Live music is sometimes being played. Plenty of parking. A but of a hassle exiting the parking lot since Starbucks shares the exit, so be careful.
I placed an order for my students the morning of and the staff were very helpful! Upon arrival (earlier than expected time), they had everything packed up & ready to go. They made the tax-exempt process so easy! My students enjoyed the sandwiches and I’ll definitely be ordering again in the future!
Tried Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Waukegan and overall we liked it. The order/payment process seemed like it needed some work. We had to repeat our order to 3 different people before we could pay. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. They did have several vegetarian options to pick from as well.
Great sandwich place, the sandwiches are great and tasty, the employees are ok, they don't have that much patience when you don't know the menu.

We ordered a catering order with 27 individual orders. I was able to send them a pdf via email and call in my payment. Could not have been easier. Order was delivered on time. Ordered was packaged perfectly. No mistakes. Thanks to Rose and her team. Great work.
I’ve loved potbelly’s since college. It’s comfort food and fast. The soups are really good and the hot sandwiches are crispy and delicious. This location would be great but unfortunately the drive through was randomly closed when I went because they are a bit short staffed and the paper sign on the window at the drive through just seemed odd.
This place is one of my favorites when I’m In Chicago, Best sandwiches ever, and they never wrong with my order.. /😋😋

Went through the drive thru n ordered 2 sandwiches. Got our toppings switched up.
So why 5 stars still?
Called them back and explained what happened. Told us to come back and get new sandwiches. Did so and got both new sandwiches for free as well as 2 free shakes! It was obviously just a mistake, and apologized for it, THEN some. Thank you for providing very awesome customer satisfaction!!
