Went in for couple of subs, went out with nothing. Bread was uncooked, looked like raw dough when it was cut. The meat for subs looked like bloody paper on top, cheese was watery and swollen discolored. See pictures all of it looks old and ready for the hog man. Nasty unclean counter with food mayo and whatever turned our stomach left with nothing. Poor quality Subway needs definite help in Management, and employee training in food safety. BEWARE BEWARE

I have been very disappointed in the past. Employees weren't nice, the service was terrible and the subs were pitiful. Decided to give it another try. The new girl Dee is awesome! She is friendly, takes her time making sure everything is perfect but she's also quick and efficient too. Other employees should follow her example.

The lady who fixed my sub did a fantastic job. She was friendly, courteous, and fixed my sub with detail asking me how much of what that I wanted. Best sub ever... Yes, better than Publix

Don't order online! I took my food home, no meat or cheese on my Club Sub, no bacon on my Baja Chicken & Bacon Sub. No one answers at the store. There must be only one person working there.

There drive thru is ridiculous. They will not acknowledge you whats so ever. And you will wait 20 mins or more in a drive thru. Or they will not get with you period! Smh this is sad. This is the worst subway ever! Whats the point in having a subway in wauchula!? Yall might as well shut it down!

We've just recently moved to the area and when we discovered a Subway close by we were delighted, then we found out they delivered! How wonderful! NO not wonderful at all. Their customer service declined with each visit. Our last paid order was a delivery taken when the manager herself,Tayna, forgot to take my phone number during the order. Although, she had repeated my address back to me and I had paid with a credit card which was taken with great care, they got my money. Over an hour later we called to find out where our food could be. They tried to deliver to the wrong place, and it was somehow our fault it was very inconvenient that they were so busy when she forgot to take all the information she needed. She offered my angry husband 4 free subs,I could hear him say, all you need is my name? Today is my daughter's 4th birthday, let's give Subway one more chance to fix one more mistake, all bad customer service aside as I've also worked in this industry for many years. Sitting next to me in the car my husband calls, inquires about details for our free order, none are required. We order the 4 sandwiches, we pull up to the drive through and she says $35 whatever. I said no ma'am this was the order to replace the mistake from a few days ago. Oh no ma'am I'm the one who offered it and all you get is these coupons. I would have politely walked away. She throws her hands in the air and shoves a zeroed out receipt through the window and says "he's finishing up your order". About 10 more minutes go by and he shoved all 4 bags through the window, I barely caught them. Once we get home, you can see in the sandwiches when they realized it wasn't going to be paid for. My children did not eat what they wanted for dinner, the subs they chose to use to teach a paying customer a "lesson" was a 4 year olds birthday dinner. Thank you, Tanya, and the young man working tonight. We have officially crossed this Subway off our list of family night dinners.. Permanently.
