Service is extremely slow, fries were cold and limp, and the buns on the burgers were stale with a room temp burger sloppily placed. For how busy they were, everything should have been hot & fresh. I understand it's fast food, but there's a consistent quality level missing from this location.

Ordered 3 sausage biscuits all were burned til it was jerky and looked like some one bit the biscuit . We are not amused ..

If I could give less than a star I would . Absolutely piss poor service. Inside was closed, witch is usually not a problem but when getting a simple order wrong, miss charging you, then making you wait for 20 mins for 2x buttered biscuits and lying straight to my face saying we're out of butter . This was hands down my worst experience at a Wendy's. Staff and management particularly was useless and sad.

Posting anonymously, but this place is either ran by burnt out managers or rude teenagers. The service is EXTREMELY slow and it takes away from the “fast food” concept; furthermore, as long as it takes to get your food you’re frustrated and the rude teens makes this place even worse. I know places are short staffed and hiring whoever applies but that’s not how it should be and this place has gone downwards so fast , they’re always out of something or somethings not working. This place needs to be shut down for proper training or until there’s enough staff to handle this place!

This place is horrid! I hope the owner sees this as he is wasting a ton of money on some of his employees…lazy! Ordered a baked potato, they asked which kind a d I said sour cream and butter. I get to the window and they do not have ANY lemons slices. Go to fix my meal and quests what, no butter or sour cream!!!! I had to walk up to the window as the inside was closed and tell them I didn’t get it. The girl told me they didn’t have sour cream!!! This place is pitiful!!!!

I went there for lunch hour and they were super busy. I had two orders. My coworkers hamburger was fresh and hot, and my crispy chicken sandwich was super cold. Not sure what happened here.

This location is a joke. I do not even think they have a manager here. Based on my last three evening visits, I'd say its a teenage free for all. Example, If signs saying if you pay cash, you must have exact change only! There are three banks within walking distance where the manager of the day could get change but no, why bother. Extremely long waits, employees more engaged with their cell phones than customers. this place is a complete joke. I will never go there again, ever.
