Kfc

The lobby was closed either because of staffing issues or Covid I don’t know. But when the staff found out that I’m a truck driver and couldn’t go through drive through they immediately let me inside and took care of me. We truck drivers really appreciate places like this who go beyond to take care of their customers. I just want to take the time and thank everyone here for allowing a hungry driver to get something to eat from his favorite franchise.

The chicken sandwiches were such a disappointment. First off, they literally looked like they had been packed in the bottom of a bag of rocks. Cold, small piece of dried out, chewy chicken. Also ordered two large fries only to find one when arrived home. Yes, I paid for two. They were cold and the container was only half full. Will not go back.

20 min wait to order. Then they got my order wrong and did not charge me correctly. They were unable to correct the bill so ghey did give me 2 extra pieces of chicken with some corn as well. Then had to wait 20 min for my food. This is the first time I have gone to this KFC so I do not know if this service is indicative of there normal service but I was highly dissatisfied with my service. The chicken was not hot when I finally received it. The mashed potatoe container was only half full. So the food did not make up for the service.

I placed a large order at a location I don't normally go to because it's so far out of my way but I was near there and decided to get dinner for my family at the KFC in Waterville, Maine located in Kennedy memorial drive. I placed my order through the app it was a large order. When I got there at the exact pickup time my order was ready but I noticed there weren't the correct amount of soda so I had them correct that. I took order home and once there I opened expecting to find my food. Not only were other items missing, but I was given the wrong type of chicken the wrong size of sides and fried and missing an entire dinner so one of us had to go without. The sandwiches didn't have the right customizations either! Called talked to manager about correcting the amount changed to my card and he said he couldn't do it. I live an hour away so now I'll have to make a special trip to get my meal remade for free. I'm going to do this Monday let's see if he keeps his word!

in trying to order a large mashed potato and a large side of gravy, i got a large mashed potato, small side of gravy, and large cole slaw which i said very clearly i did not want. chicken was wonderful as usual, but i ended up finding a very long hair in my cole slaw. there’s no way it was mine, as i do not have very long hair.
