This Grand Central Cafe is the ONLY place in Waterville to get real pizza with wholesome healthy ingredients , a great crust , almost like your grandmother had made it all cooked ( Thanks Elise ) in a brick oven ! Also some of the best very funny wisecracking waitresses!! Don’t miss this place !!!����
My friends and I love coming here for lunch and whether I’m getting pizza or some of their amazing veggie chili the food is always fantastic! The customer service is wonderful and I always feel welcome!

With a name like Grand Central Cafe I had no idea I was in for the best pizza in Central Maine. My daughter wanted to try it, thinking it would have baked goods, sandwiches, coffee and tea. So anyway excellent wood fired brick oven pizza, and they make some killer breads too. Good selection of premium beers!
I have ordered from Grand Central Cafe a few times, and overall the experience has been great. There have been a few bad pizzas, but the great ones outshine all the bad. I would definitely recommend thing place to anyone who likes a good pizza! 🍕
Best pizza in central Maine, I've lived in the area nearly all my life and never knew this place server pizza. We will be going back soon. They have an excellent beer selection with actually good beers. The service was what I like, they make sure everything is handled without bugging you.
