Burger King

I use to work at the KMD Burger King 10 years ago and it has gone down hill. I waited in the drive through line behind 2 vehicles for about 25 minutes. So if you have patience then you'll be fine. Just remember to always order your food fresh from BK because the cooks tend to leave burgers in the pans for hours on end.

Worst location in Maine. I see why they're closing all over. Must've had these employees at those locations. I realize working at Burger King means your not qualified for much, but I'll never understand how grown adults can't do a simple job like work at Burger King but whine about their pay. I'd think they'd be grateful just to be employed. One of the girls here is so stupid, she hangs out the drive thru window and doesn't understand she's supposed to serve customers. She thinks her job is to pet the ground outside the drive thru window and keep customers off it. Never seen such strange, challenged behavior. Do not recommend.

The customer service my daughter and I experienced was absolutely great! The young man who served us was very professional. However the bathroom was disgusting, it wasn’t just “normal dirty” it was sticky and grim everywhere. Someone needs to get in there and scrub crevices! We felt dirty walking in and dirty walking out. No, the toilet doesn’t sell the burgers, but if the bathroom is neglected, what makes me feel confident that the kitchen is any better?

I drove really fast so I could get there before 1030 because I wanted breakfast. I got to the drive thru at 10:26 and she told me "I'll be right with you" I said "ok cool" I waited a whole minute by then it was 10:27 and a staff member came out and changed the menu to lunch. At 10:28 I asked if I could still get breakfast and she told me "no. It ends at 1030" and it was only 10:28. I know this sounds petty and stupid but the other day when I came I asked for lunch at 10:26 and they said they can only do breakfast til exactly 10:30. 🙄
