they was close at 19h45... it's was show 22h... they just don't care so they open up only the drive thru.. so impossible to eat on place. i can't say if the food was good but the place looked clean from the outside... if you have a wendy's and you just want the drive show it you don't care about people...

On several occasions I have spent a half hour or more in the evenings in the drive through waiting to place my order. On several occasions the cashier at the register has incorrectly charged me for someone else's order. The other aspects of the chain location have been up to standard and enjoyable, but two of the three steps of the drive through operations need immediate review and corrections. I strongly suggest parking and entering for the best experience and service at the time of this review.

The past few times I’ve come here there was a drive through line to the road. I usually just drive by but I tried it today. I’ve been waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes and I’m two cars from the speaker to order. There are cars constantly leaving the line. I’m not sure if they just got new management or something but this is so incredibly slow now.

Great location. Staff seems to have it together and the food is good. I always get what I order instead of someone else's interpretation of what they feel like preparing. There is another restaurant very close that kinda does that everytime to me. That's why I spend my money here. Hot, fresh and just the way you order it. Haven't been inside to see the recent remodel, but their drive though has never failed me. The staff has always been pleasant to me and I appreciate that a lot.

I went for breakfast at the waterville locations. Didn't like the fact that the lobby wasn't open, but the breakfast was great! I love the seasoned breakfast potatoes. The value was also great. I got double what I would have gotten elsewhere!

I LOVE WENDYS 4for4 deal an there fries but closing an doing drive thru only is crazy bc I can’t wait in drive thru for 30 for fries 🍟:) but the food has gotten way better some staff is rude need to smile an attitudes towards customers isn’t really nice or being rude to co workers is good either

After waiting a pleasant 20 minutes, I order a simple jr bacon cheeseburger. This is the result when I opened it. I’m not sure how someone put together the burger in such a horrendous manner, or damaged it till this point. I will gladly not be coming back and urge at least a slightly better standard. That’s what I get for trusting in fast food for a quick easy meal😅.

Normally I love Wendy's. I sent my fiance there a few weeks ago to pick up supper for us. He went to the drive thru and the lady took his order, when he drove up to pay she said "We're Closed" and shut the window in his face!
He was mortified!
I only gave two stars because I still like the food, but the staff person was unbelievably rude!!!
