I came here for dinner after a day of hiking in the area. They are the only place in town open on Tuesday nights during the off season, so that was appreciated. The food was decent with some room for improvement. The chicken in my enchiladas was tender and juicy but completely unseasoned, the only seasoning I could taste in the dish was from the salsa on top. Chips with salsa were pre-packaged but still crunchy, and the margaritas were a little heavy on mix for the price. That being said the bartender was friendly and attentive, and my food came out hot and quick. The place was pretty dead when I was there, so I can't comment on how they handle a rush.

We had no choice but to check this restaurant out for dinner, as it was the only restaurant open on a Tuesday night. despite the other reviews, our experience was overall pretty pleasant. They were seating outside tables only but we had no wait. Margaritas were subpar, but free chips and salsa and the food was good. I would return.

We stopped for lunch on a week day. The time to get drinks and our food was very reasonable. The meal was nicely seasoned and a good portion. The mango margarita tasted delicious, but was a little weak on the spirits for the price.

Great Mexican restaurant in the town center, great location especially in the summer, very nice service and people and great food! Hard to get a place in the summer so come early for dinner at around 5pm if you want a table outside

We have visited La Hacienda multiple times over the summer and have greatly enjoyed every meal!
It’s a great location to take the whole family, great kids menu, good drink menu & outdoor dinning combine for a great experience.
We recommend their fajitas & tacos - great food for a good price.

They hosted a private event here I attended and did great. The taco bar was so yummy and had enough food for everyone. The art work around the room made it a wonderful atmosphere. Enjoyed it and would come back again if I'm ever up this way again.

I love Waterville and my wife and I had a great meal at La Hacienda. Ate outside and the food was solid, especially the carne asada. The staff is super nice. They even brought a flan dessert on the house when they overheard us talking about an anniversary. Good food, good people, beautiful town. What more can you ask for.
