Custard Corner

There is something about this place to me that makes custard better than anyone in my opinion. The custard just seems more rich, the whip cream is actually tasty, and sometimes you get a nice sized piece of candy bar on top. Heath Flurry is my go to, but you can't go wrong with a dipped cone too, try it all! I'm knocking my review one star here because I have noticed if you don't tip, your order seems to go to the bottom of the list and the workers, especially the younger ones put their friends above your order. Has happened more than once and while I do like to tip for ice cream every so often, I don't feel the need to do it every time especially for a small single order. My order shouldn't go to the bottom of the priority list to have new customers come after me and get their ice cream first.

Custard Corner is a staple in the Waterford Community. They do have the best "ice cream" around, but the service has fallen off center. It wasn't a hot day nor were they bust, but the lady that waited on us was kind of rude. If this was an isolated event then I wouldn't worry about it but this is the last several times. But in the end, we got what we came for and that is what was important.
