Absolutely adore this place! The menu is full of tasty options with tons of vegetarian choices. I've been coming here since '98, and even though it's been a minute since my last visit the vibe is still as peaceful and chill as it always is. Super cool curios, books, games and vintage art. Artisans wares and music. Such a cool place to relax with or without a friend. Always up to grab a bite and a Matcha from this cute little cafe'.

I came here for the first time for the peace fest and it’s amazing inside with all their decorations and fun things to buy, not to mention the delicious food and drinks but as I was waiting for my order one of the workers from the back maybe the manager asked me to leave because of my service dog…. I showed her proof (even though ADA protects us against having to prove anything to anyone) and she said even still I had to leave….. my service dog wasn’t acting out, he was staring at me and waiting to do his job. It’s a shame because this place is amazing but I guess we are not welcome…. Sad.

We have frequented the LA Cafe for over 20+ years. Friendly and attentive staff with healthy and delicious food offerings. A great place for people that are vegetarian or have other food needs. Great desserts and delicious coffees. Locally owned by a couple that is fun, artistic, and very invested in the community through involvement in local government, supporting local artists, and hosts festivals for the community as well. Fun and funky merchandise as well as local art for sale in the cafe. A great spot for a good cuppa Joe and some conversation.
