Domino's Pizza

I waited over 2 hours for a pizza that never came. I called after an hour since the tracker said my order has left half an hour ago. A rude woman on the phone told me to keep on waiting which I did. After another hour I called again and the manager on the phone told me my order never went through. I had an order number and everything and he did say that they must have had a system error. Couldn’t give me an apology or a voucher for my next order. I demanded a full refund which he agreed to. I placed my order in NOVEMBER and haven’t seen a Euro since. I have contacted domino’s customer service several times but never gotten a response. Thanks for taking my money and making me wait 2 hours for nothing! And don’t trust the tracker, since it’s tracking an order that doesn’t exist apparently.

I tried to put in an order online for a cheese burger Pizza with vegan cheese but there was no option for this and some other things. I decided to ring my order in and asked for a 'cheese hamburger pizza' with vegan cheese. The girl who answered was very short and abrupt when she replied 'we don't do that and it's called the cheeseburger pizza'. There was no leeway about getting this pizza made and said I will ring back. My sister at home was looking for the cheeseburger pizza' with vegan cheese because she's got an intolerance to normal cheese. This is one of the few places that has vegan cheese. So I called into the pizza shop in person to put my order in and it was the same abrupt girl who answered my phone call earlier. I begin to give the order. Can I get a cheeseburger pizza with vegan cheese? She replied "no! I already told you on the phone we don't do that!". We asked for the manager and she was the manager on duty. We told her she has very bad customer skills and her whole demeaner and attitude got aggressive towards us as she uttered something in another language under her breath. We finished giving the rest of the order and went to the car to wait. There was just 1 other staff finishing our order as she hid in the back until we were gone. Won't be ordering from here again.

My last few orders from dominos had been my worst experiences. This evening waited over an hour for my order to by delivered. When I called to wonder of the whereabouts of my pizza, I was told it was on its way. When I checked the app, it appeared that the driver was at the wrong location, they did not ring or contact me to say anything. They sat outside for 15 minutes. It was freezing cold. Last week, I ordered an item and received the pepperoni version instead, I have a pepperoni allergy, this was never something that I specified as I never order ANYTHING with pepperoni. The product had the sticker of the name of what I ordered, it was only for they appeared to have a different texture I would not of noticed. When I called to speak to someone about this, my opinions were my original item sent to me or €10 off my next order . My order before that was 2.5 hours in the end we just collected it in store.

Woman on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me telling me to speak English (even though I was speaking fluent English and she wasn’t) and used vulgar profanity against me when I had asked her if they were open for takeout due to Storm Barra. She put me on the phone with “the manager” he was unhelpful too and told me he didn’t have the authority to discipline her even though he claimed he was the manager.
