I used to like this Dunkin Donuts. It was one of my favorites. I stopped going because the staff DO NOT wear their masks properly or they have them down. I asked can you please wear your masks over your nose while making my coffee. She got an real nasty attitude. When I told her that I would speak to the manager she said go ahead. They will no longer get my money. When you ask for avocado toast and get plain bread with avocado spread I couldn't finish it. If made correctly is is tasteful.

I've never considered leaving a review for a dunkin but I've been here like 7 times and they've messed my order up all 7 times and 3 or 4 times they said they were OUT OF COFFEE?! 2 or 3 times they were out of hashbrowns and I've been there twice now where they were just closed when they were supposed to be open. Don't go here.

I used to like this Dunkin’ but the drive through workers are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with! They also tried to not give us our order that we PAID for! Like I get it you’re miserable but you don’t need to make everyone else miserable too! HORRIBLE customer service. They don’t wear masks, they’re rude, food is cold and the coffee is disgusting.

I ordered a grilled cheese & it tasted like cleaning supplies!! Very disappointed & disgusted. Paid almost $4.00 to taste chemicals. 🤮🤮

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.
Earlier this month I had a employee cough directly in my face as I was handed my order, she was handling the money & food with the same disgusting gloves.
No turning her head or anything, just hacked right on me & felt the spit hit me.
A separate franchise owner of dunkin in the next town over already had employees wearing cough-masks at that point & only one employee handling the register while the others handled the food.

Manager there is very polite and very so concern of her job it's always a great time to know how she interacts and help each customer.no issues at all she runs a good system the new employees she let's them get adjusted quickly.also Nora the employee she is always great and very understanding.as well all the other employees there..truly my morning starts here .
