Dunkin'

This is by far the worse dunkin I have ever stepped foot into. Every time my family order from here there seem to be a problem with getting the orders right, we wait in the the drive through for 5 to 10 mins to be waited on. The crazy part about the wait time is there is no other cars in front of us or at the window when this is happening. I don't understand what the problem is at this location. This only happens when the afternoon shift is on. I have never had issues at any other dunkins. This has happened multiple times and yet evey time I try to give them credit and try again. This is sad there are so many people out there that need jobs and yet the ones working could care less about the opportunities they have been given to work.

Your sign says your open @ 6am and your doors are locked at 740am. I put an online order in and it was still not ready 30min later. Also missing pieces. And the boy/child working the register was extremely rude and illiterate. I wish this was a one time experience. But it's like this every time I stop here. I should just travel to a different location.

Terrible. Not only did they get my order wrong, they refused to give me a receipt. My iced latte, was warm and incorrect, my first food order was 'discontinued" (then take the promotion off your menu) so I asked for a bacon roll up. I got UNCOOKED bacon in a burnt wrap. Now I would be filling out a complaint with their office but they made us drive up to wait for it, and then nothing. Plus I'm pretty sure I was overcharged, but I cant know for sure since they refused a receipt.

Arrived at 6:54 when place is supposed to close at 7pm. Asked for a donut. Was told there were none. Asked for an Iced Tea, was told there was no iced tea. Was told that because they close in 6.minutes, they had already thrown everything away. Maybe they should throw things away after the store closes so that customers can give them business.

I have left so many positive reviews of local businesses but I can't find anything positive to say about the 1565 Watertown Avenue, Waterbury location. We have given them several chances because everyone has a bad day. But this location is consistently messing up orders, forgetting food items, complaining, missing mobile orders so people have to wait and today my husband goes down to get a mobile order only to have them forget the donut (we had to remind them AND they came back with the wrong donut!) and they could not get off the phone long enough to make the bagel in the order. When politely asked about the delay, the staff was rude about having to get off their cell phone and not follow COVID guidelines by washing up first before making it. We are never going here again.
