Taco Bell

DISGUSTING!!!!! I WAS GIVEN A MEXICAN PIZZA WITH A SLICE MISSING! YOU ALL ARE FREAKING NASTY INDIVIDUALS AND SHOULD BE FIRED! This is absolutely disgusting and wrong! Prices are already going up yet service isnt? You guys are making food for other humans to consume! Quit being disgusting. Shame on you. Will never come here again. This place NEEDS to be shut down. Id rather drive to the next town over before i ever roll through this crusty taco bell.

What an absolute terrible taco bell. To keep it brief, they had us backing up the drive thru lane and back forward again, then later making us drive out front. Forgot an item. The nachos chips in one bag was just tons of tiny broken small pieces, and the quesadillas had nothing in them practically empty and not even cut right. You can see one end is just about only the tortilla. Not sure if they are supposed to still be sealing the bags, but that wasn't done either. Skip this one people! I made sure to do the survey though I don't think it'll make a lick of difference.

I ordered here at around 10pm a lady named tremaine R took our order when I got to the window she gave me a cup holder with 5 drinks but it was very flimsy and as she was handing the drinks to me and they fell in my car and all she said was a unapologetic sorry and to “pick the drinks up” I showed her the soda that was in my car floor she made my drinks again and I parked but she didn’t give me a receipt and i ordered a quesadilla but was not charged so I went back around and she had a very passive aggressive tone with us implying we were trying to steal but she never gave us a receipt for us to check then after being very annoyed she made the car behind us and us back up for her “time” then we got charged. This was very very unprofessional I have soda all over my car because she couldn’t double stack the cup holder and wasn’t nice I would like a call back for an apology because this was unacceptable service and will be calling corporate to report her because no one in customer service should treat others like that

Just when I thought this place was getting better... It's 1:30 a.m. on a Tuesday morning, I pull into their parking lot behind another vehicle also trying to place an order... The vehicle in front of me barely stops and proceeds to drive off from the intercom, I pull up to the intercom only to be greeted with a recording saying that they are currently closed and to come back during business hours. I proceeded to stop at the window and take a photo of their business hours, only to find that yes they were supposed to be open. I don't know who needs to hear this, but when a place of business has their hours set until 2:00 a.m. it is an employee's job to stay there until after 2:00 a.m. generally until about 2:30 to 3:00 a.m. some places you can get away with a 15 to 30 minute cleanup, I imagine working in fast food leaves for a longer period of time needed for cleanup. Extremely disappointing when Taco Bell has an entire following with the understanding that their locations are open until 2:00 a.m. or later and you pull up at 1:30 a.m. to find them already closed and not taking orders.

Love Taco Bell but the Thomaston Ave Taco bell in Waterbury Ct is flat out Bad! Attitude from the girl taking my drive-thru order and then I get to the window and pay to be asked by the same girl who was wearing a purple sleep wrap hanging from her head asked me to reverse in the drive-thru back to the yellow pole just so her drive-thru time was good. While waiting she was backing her rear end up while dancing and to top it off I was missing a Taco. My 9 year old daughter said daddy why was she so mean so that should tell you everything.
