They never have any staff working when I go there. It took 11 minutes to get my soft tacos after I put in my mobile order 10 minutes prior. This isn't the first time it's taken that long. And the one worker they do have works really slow

Is the closest Taco Bell to my area? I go on average 9:30 at night. They always say they accepted credit cards and no cash at that time and usually on the weekends they say that they're out of everything except beings. They tell you they're only accepting cash because they don't want to count to register at the end of the night. I used to work in retail and I understand what they're trying to do to leave early My saving time and not counting to register unacceptable to say you only have beans. The food is good, but the portion sizes for the price are horrible. I ordered a double side of steak and they only give you a few pieces. Not worth hearing them tell you it's measured in portions. They give you maybe about a few pieces of steak if that when you order a side. False advertising I must say.

I walked in at 751pm and 4 of the workers are standing next to each other and they are all on the phone and they didn't even know there was a door dash order that was supposed to be already made !! Smh. After I got in 2 of them stayed on there phones for another 5 minutes. This place is a joke seems like no one wants to work

If I can give no stars I would. I ordered through uber eats, they told my driver there was no drink in the order when clearly you can see there’s a whole large drink with my COMBO meal. They didn’t put guacamole in my nachos after I also paid for that and they didn’t give me my 12 piece Cinnabon delights. When I tried calling they didn’t answer and then the manager was very rude and unprofessional and did nothing at all to help!

Ordered 2 chalupas with beef and a couple soft tacos with everything on it. When we drove up to pick up the food, the lady had an attitude and looked miserable. This is one of the tacos she gave us. We opened the rest of the tacos and hardly any meat inside as well. Looks disgusting and sloppy.

Food was good but had to eat it in single digit temperature outside cause this place won’t allow you to eat inside. They blamed it on Covid even though cases dropped so I’m sure it’s because they are too lazy to clean tables.
