Never a bad meal. Food is always very good. Only complaint it was are Daughters Birthday and she really loves there pizza and we haven’t eaten in there dining room in a while Because of everything going on. we didn’t no they stopped serving there pizza in the dining room which I Don’t no why pizza always taste better eating there then take out and it’s no where on there website that says they don’t serve there pizza in the dining

It's mother's day 2022. Vincenzo has been my most favorite pizza in Waterbury for years! What the hell happened TONIGHT!!!!??? is was terrible. Not the same pizza cook as always! Ruined my mother's day dinner! What the hell happened TONIGHT??? You've might have lost a great customer always recommending you. 😢

Around 1 this afternoon, I walked in to the restaurant and requested a table for 1 and held up my index finger for emphasis. The employee behind the counter (an older gentleman wearing a blue t-shirt) indicated that he couldn't hear me. I then repeated my request in a louder voice. The employee then looked at me as if I was crazy for making such a request. Based on that exchange, I inferred one of two things: (1) the employee was genuinely puzzled at the idea that some customers prefer to eat alone or (2) the employee had a problem with the fact that I'm LGBTQ+ (I was wearing feminine clothing and carrying a purse) and was merely feigning confusion. At that point, I was so disgusted that I turned around and walked out of the restaurant. I will not be dining there ever.
