I can't get over the wait at the second window. Then there is nobody in the second window. I was waiting for My food for at least a half hour then they forgot my nuggets so that was another 10min. I've never had a problem before there.

This is the kind of disgusting food you can expect to get at this McDonald's I expect a certain amount of grease from the food but this is insanity like they want you to go home be mad and come back so they can film it

I went here for an older friend. She wanted a soda and a snack, but only had a few dollars. She thought they still had these items on the dollar menu. Well they are not and they no longer accept competitor coupons. I had to call her. She was Disappointed and said cancel it because she didn’t have enough $$. I knew she wanted the treat so I used my card. Wendy’s still has $4.44 which gives nuggets fries soda and a sandwich, but I was in line and didn’t want to call her back. So she has her little treat. Anyway so far this is the only McDonald’s in waterbury that has stopped accepting competitor coupons. Just in case you all need to know. Burger King has coupons.

Fresh fries, tasty Big Macs, and all at a great price (2 for $6 is putting out the competition these days!) and all served with friendliness and a smile! Very satisfied person (and belly, and wallet!)

This is the only McDonald's that there ice cream machine is always down either they don't want to serve ice cream or do not know how every single time need to drive different location to get what I need ...the employee is quick to respond that there machine is down .... Bad for business

Place is weird, if you order for pick-up or drive through they're not bad, but if you get it delivered it's like they don't care about those orders.

Literally the worst mcds I've ever been to, service sucks. Food is cold, soda taste like dust, all sandwiches dry as hell.watched a customer get spoken to way out of line. As someone that works in customer service I deff don't approve how it was handled or how this store is being managed.
