The manager from the morning is disgusting. Smelled like a wet cigarette. Rude and disrespectful. Cussing every time she had the chance and my order took forever. They seem to prefer talking away in the morning. It is not my first time hearing the way they speak and it’s apparent she sucks at her damn job. She needs to be out. Everyone in the morning needs to be retrained. I honestly wish I can give them a zero. The owner must be and should be ashamed

Even if your the only car here the service is as if there's 100. Slow and horrible. Messing up orders. Mixing up orders forgetting things. I have the impression that the people that work here are more interested in hanging out and chatting than serving customers. This happened many many times because I live near this dnd.

This location is always clean with friendly staff. Who doesn't like Dunkin Donuts in CT. I got a large iced coffee flavored to perfection with the Girl Scout Cookie Coconut Caramel. Yum yum yum 😊

Staff and products are great but the drive thru card machine is always broken so you either get stuck in line with no way out and have to go inside to pay. It seems like they're trying to avoid fees from the card companies and lying about machine being broken just because how often it is broken.

I have an unusual coffee order and this dunkin is by far the best one I've been to in Connecticut. They always get my order right and the coffee is always perfect and stirred.

This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The works are rude and cuss over the speaker while you are ordering your drinks. The drive through is slow as well as the workers.

Single handedly the worst Dunkin’ in waterbury they never get orders right, their crew is uninterested and not polite at all. If there is a Dunkin’ closer to you whether it may be your job or your home I’d go to any other Dunkin. This place is an absolute joke!

Fast and excellent service, the order was correct and the coffee and the muffin were hot. Did not wait too long, staff is fast and efficient.
