This place is BAD! STAY AWAY! When I watched these people put my brisket into I microwave I should've asked for a refund. I had one bite and I had to spit it out. It tasted old and rotten. The pulled pork sandwich was the same, disgusting. Looked literally like cat food. I'll never be back.. thanks for the response and admitting that you do put your food in a microwave. Employee of the month, chef microwave!

Went Today!! Food was delicious!
Service was great! Portions were the way they used to be plentiful!
Was craving their food today.... the atmosphere has changed. The customers are also different than before... younger people and lunch crowd... fewer families... I got take out... meat portions are the same, but of course prices have gone up. Tastey chicken, delicious ribs, foot long hotdogs, the service was good and welcoming. I spent $60 today... a couple years ago it was a lot less... plenty of leftovers. The side portions are still smaller... and add up fast...
Two years ago.....
Food is good... but portions are getting smaller and smaller for more money. Quality is still there... but cannot afford to bring the entire family anymore. Since the portions are so small I have to buy triple what I bought 5 yrs ago... for the same number of mouths. Sad..

This was the worst 20$ I’ve ever spent on food. How could this be a BBQ place and they don’t serve burnt ends or pork belly. Food was bland and over fried. Trash I’ll never eat at this place again. Waste of time and money. Girls who are working at the front desk is so lost as well.

VERY SMALL portions, extremely OVER PRICED, fried foods were fried in old burnt oil.
Parking lot was only couple of cars now I know why.
WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN,
I RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AS WELL

I really enjoyed this diner. The food was great and the staff was friendly. Definitely lived up to the expectations of a BBQ grill. Only negatives were that it was a bit cold inside, so the food got cold a little too quickly. Also, there was no blue cheese available for the hot wings, which I find as an expectation when ordering hot wings. The price I'd consider "medium range" as for the amount of food you get is fairly portioned. I'd definitely eat there again but would consider eating outside if it's really cold in there next time. Overall a great experience!

Where to start....well, guess I can start on a positive note, the girls at the counter were friendly and got my order in without issues. Wait time on an order for 5 was acceptable.
Now let's delve into the downside, the food quality for what was charged was absurd. I had a ribeye steak sandwich which was tough as nails, judging by the thinness of the steak I would assume it was pressed to spead up the cook time....something you don't do with steak. I also got the sausage and pepper grinder, this as well was tough and flavorless...maybe a spicier sausage would make the flavor pop. Let's not forget the uncombed hotdog....this basically means the dog had a hair on it, I wanted a hotdog and didn't need a strand of hair to test hair dye on.
Onion rings were meh, but no ones gonna hammer an establishment over a side. Ordered the hotter then hot 24 count wings, with a price tag of 32.99 I'm expecting some food challenge level wings.....could have just thrown some Tyson buffalo wings in the oven and gotten the same result. The hamburgers were pink in the middle, that's how they should be, no issues. Fried broccoli was descent, ate it with no remorse. Now the nail in the coffin would be the packets of expired sour cream we were given for our fried broccoli, they expired on July 31st and we ate there on August 13th.
Do yourself a favor and just eat at Frankie's down the street, it will taste better and you'll pay less. I left Big Frank's with a full belly, but not a satisfied fullness like I would have at a quality establishment....this was more like an uneasy fullness. For me to pay almost $100 for this meal I was expecting better food, especially with items that are simple to cook.
