I have only ordered a couple of times here, but tonight the young lady who answered the phone was rude, talked over me. Our food was mediocre and that is putting it simple. My delivery person was nice gave them an 8$ tip due to a high demand in gas prices. I ordered the beef low mein and got instead chicken. My order was all basically noodles and no meat. My families had all noodles and veggies barely any meat and barely any flavor. Still feeling hungry after due to the food not being satisfying. Will not be returning

Food delivered on time, hot and delicious! I also ordered the homemade lemon tea and wish I got 2, so so good. The delivery man Dan was so kind to offer to bring the food right to my apartment door. Even though he got lost, that is the first time anyone has ever even offered to bring it to my door for me since living here. Will definitely order again!

Worst customer service experience, I place an order they forgot one order, and then they want to re-charge me a delivery feed i called a young lady answer the phone was very nasty and hung up the phone on me then my husband calls and a gentleman answered, and he was hostile to my Husband as well. My husband when to the restaurant to talk about what happened. The owner kicked my husband out and was trying to fight him and he use a racist remark go back to your county. For his information we are Puerto Rican this Is my country.

I called at 11pm during an 8 inch snow storm and I was able to have food delivered. The call taker was not only clear speaking but she was extremely friendly and helpful. The order came out perfect the food was delivered hot by another very clear speaking driver. The food was full of flavor and tender as well as pipping hot. Very fast delivery during a snow storm too. Hats off to the Chef and all involved. I will be making this my full time goto for Chinese foods. The call taker actually laughed..... Can u believe that? whens the last time you heard a Chinese person laugh?
