Sun Hing Restaurant

This restaurant doesn't get the orders right. We just order food tonight and two of my orders are not what I order but my receipt said what I order but when I got my food tonight they were not what I asked for and when we call back to get my order right they will not send a driver back to get the food. We have to wait until tomorrow to get our money back. Heck no this place isn't a good place to order from. They are rude and disrespectful. They need to listen to their customers especially those who have allergies that can't have certain foods which is highly disrespectful that they don't listen to anything that their customer says

worst chinese place in waterbury... don't go here ... they are so cheap they won't even give u an xtra soy sauce.. and they are rude on top of it. chicken was stringy. cheapest food they can buy. awful place they should be closed...Boo 2 u sun hing. learn how to treat customers...I'm sure health dept. WILL come around

The first time I ordered from here customer service was great even though the food wasn't that great.... Now the second time i tried to order the woman told me I had to leave a tip which the first time the man that took my order never said anything like this. So she wanted me to leave a tip regardless of how my food was delivered... I will never order from here again

They are terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner lady was herd yelling at another customer the whole time I was ordering on the phone with her other worker. Than the guy messed up my order, and the lady tried to lie and say she was next to him hearing my order the whole time and refused to fix my order and bring me what they messed up. than she I had to pay a difference and wait an hr maybe more. When the other employee had heard me clear cuz he repeated my order back to me like I had ordered. i bet it was just that the owner was being loud in his other ear and threw him off after I hung up on the phone. She was ruid on the phone with me and yelled at me and wouldn't even let someone speak

The food is good however the first delivery driver did not know where to go and did not speak english well enough to know where to go...the second driver showed up in a rage and told me how he is paid under the table and could care less.....he received no tip cause of his mouthy ghetto ways.....shape up or ship out .....and the food was not remade as promised....😶😕😒
