Little Caesars

I am beyond speechless I don’t even know where to begin let me just start by saying, I do not recommend this particular location, There was absolutely no customer service whatsoever the two employee that was working tonight was extremely rude and was arguing about explicit personal problems in front of all the customers and swearing in front of children. All I wanted to do was to pick up a few hot and ready pizza like advertised but I was not able to do so instead I was treated poorly with so much disrespect. I am a paying customer I wanted to pay cash for some pizza pies but instead they were too busy arguing to the point that she told all the customers that she is the manager and that everyone can leave so we did exactly just that She sent me right into Domino’s

They never pick up the phone. One time they had no coins and gave me only my change in dollar bills and kept the quarters, nickels, dime, pennies. They be closing earlier and I'm talking about an hour earlier, talking about it's Friday and they wanted to go out, very unprofessional, only good thing it's the price of the pizza.

It's okay..I mean it's Little Cesar's. I appreciate it for the cheap, decent pizza. Always busy but not the company's fault but maybe you guys can open up another spot in Waterbury. However I will make one...ok maybe two complaints. One is, I was charged for three pizzas when I ordered two. When I was given the amount I kind of thought twice but chopped it up to the added two liter. I didn't get the little receipt that you always get with your order and unfortunately I wasn't paying much attention, I had my babies with me. Half way down the street I realized I was over charged. I sucked it up and always get my little receipt now, even if I have to request it. Two.....I think the people are awesome but watch your mouths. I curse like a sailor but not at work. This only happened once and coincidentally with the same girl who over charged me. I personally wasn't offended but was put back some. Just because your serving pizza with your fellow Waterburians in the lobby doesn't mean you can skip the professionalism. Just an FYI.
