Buffalo Wild Wings

5/29 4:30… fries over salted, everyone’s burger patties cooked differently, wings over seasoned with garlic, and my request for no bun turned into missing items! No onions, no sauce, no pickles. I mean the lemon lime soda was flat. Used a straw for our drink and at the end noticed the cup was cracked. SMH. The waitress was nice and did her job. The cooks on today I guess were in a “you gonna eat whatever I give you” mood. I have never had an experience like this at any other location. We were truly unsatisfied all levels. In the dining room may have been one other family. A treat for family turned into I have to go home and cook.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed order for delivery. Ordered boneless wings with two different sauces and a large onion ring which was an extra $4.00 for the large. We received literally 6 onion rings and the boneless wings were traditional. They took the time to put the correct stickers on the wing boxes but didn’t provide the correct food. The stickers don’t matter, the food does. Thankfully, Uber Eats refunded me for half of the order but it’s not their fault they just deliver the food. Pay attention to the order and what you’re actually cooking. Believe it or not it matters.

If I could give zero stars I would. Currently sitting here having a terrible experience. I don't like to be hard on wait staff, but this is beyond ridiculous! Asked for a side of carrots and celery, which did not come when the food came out, waited almost 10 minutes to finally see our waitress who wasn't even going to see if we need anything, to then have them dropped on the table in plastic baggies, and didn't even acknowledge our thank you, just kept it moving... Awful service, why is there no manager on site checking to see how things are... I will definitely never come back to this location!

The wings were terrible there were twice the size of the wings I usually get and it shows. The skin was hard and it felt like your eating a chicken drumstick than a chicken wings. I had to leave most of it since the meat was so tough. It doesnt matter what sauce you put on the chicken if you can bearly eat it. If you going to be changing the supplier of the chicken you use you should also chnage the price. The chicken wings are extra large and it reflects on the taste. The fries were the only part of this meal I completed.

Around September I visited this establishment, I wanted a good time.. had a whole group of family and friends and was excited to try the food ( the food was always good last time I remembered )… this was not the case this time. It was a large group of us so Ofcourse there would be many orders, yet the waitress would get increasingly frustrated each time she saw us laughing and enjoying our food. To the point where at the end we asked to order a cake and she was visibly upset. I don’t know if she just thought we were making fun of her? But it really killed the experience having such an annoyed waitress when we weren’t causing any trouble at all. The food was bland too. I am not coming here again. It seems like staff and food quality have gone down severely. I understand the food service industry is stressful but man…don’t lash it out on guests just trying to have fun and treating you with the utmost respect

Very Disappointed with the service. We got there an hour before closing and was told that they were doing last call and the waitress basically refused to serve us and gave us a horrible attitude and dirty looks and the manager didn’t seem to care when we told him an as we left he decided to lock the door at 11:20 when it says online when it says they close at 12. So we decided to go to TGI fridays where they received us with a warm welcoming and great service.

Felt and smelled like a step above a dingy dive bar. Hostess wordlessly rushed us in and the wings were gross and tiny... couldn't finish them they were all so salty. Waiter was quite pleasant, no fault there. But the smell... think college local bottle return... old spilled, fermenting in a corner somewhere, beer... sorry b-dubbs... im over you
