Whataburger

This whataburger is the worst I've been to. On multiple occasions the food is messed up or forgotten. The staff and management doesn't care and even laughed at my husband tonight when he made it home and had to go back because they gave us drinks and fries with no other food. They run constantly behind and I get being under staffed, but most places are nowadays but this place is a joke. I would rather drive a little bit further to get to a whataburger that can actually get my food correct and not burnt with old tasting fries and no ketchup

Typically it's pretty good but tonight I drove thru and got my wife and I dinner but when I got home her burger was ice cold and we had to warm it up. My sandwich came out hot but fries were stone cold. I was to tired and hungry to even warm them up. They need to get their stuff together. They used to be really good now their quality has gone way down! It'll be a while before we go back

My spicy whatachicken was dry, and definitely not worth the $9 that they charge for the meal now. Most concerning, one of the managers locked the doors in the middle of the day while there were still customers actively trying to come in, and I felt like he was going to shoot the place up or something. Why else would you lock the door with customers inside in the middle of the day during the dinner rush? Customers were trying to come in, but none of the employees would open the door. There was even a party of six or seven that couldn't make their way inside. Everybody was confused, even the poor guy who was on his first day running food to customers inside and people doing curbside pickup. They even went as far to lock the main double door and place a trash can on the inside of it. I called the corporate number to try and voice my concern, but never got a call back after clicking the option to hold my place in line and have an operator return my call. I would be hard-pressed to give this Whataburger another chance. The teenager that was running food, and the lady that took my order were both very nice though.

Usually there's no issues at night the workers are super chill. But there was a Karen " working drive thru at 1 am April 15th. Tossed my food on the counter and was the living form of antisocial. If you don't want to talk to people go cook in the back of find a different job. She might've been having a bad day but you leave those emotions at home or stay there with them.
