Z's Wok

Went in for a lunch and was very disappointed. Sticky everything, except the slippery floor (which apparently wasn't a concern after I'd slipped on it). Menu was slightly confusing to understand. All plates and silverware were presented dirty. "Food" portion was adequate for the price. There wasn't really any flavor to the dishes. Between what me and another guest had, we couldn't tell the difference. The level of service was...nonexistent. Our server (owner?) mostly stayed in the kitchen humming loudly to herself like there was not 3 tables requiring attention. Would not recommend returning. It will only be a matter of time before someone gets sick from eating here. The tragedy is this location was home to another Chinese restaurant, and EVERYTHING was absolutely amazing. Coming back to eat what I can only assume is reprocessed pig slop was the disappointment of a lifetime. Asian Cafe, you will be missed.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times and it has been excellent every time. They have great food, service, and fast delivery. Today when I got my food there was one dish burnt which has never happened. They replaced the item and delivered it quickly with the up most professionalism. I will eat here again and recommend them to friends and family.

I love the Z wok in Lewisville but this place doesn’t taste the same. Usually order the general tso chicken and the honey chicken but the flavors were off today. I’ve had a good experience here once but sadly most recent visits keep getting worse. It went from the dishes tasting off to be not be able to recognize the flavors of each dish. It’s like they hired someone on staff that has never made Asian food before but they wrote down the recipe for them. Crab wontons are always great though.

This Restaurants was sparkling & clean! The food was excellent, tasty, filling! The staff was friendly and congenial. I enjoyed my lunch so much! Which is rare as a vegetarian to be able to eat out other than gazing a salad bar!!! They have Eat in and Take away. I believe they deliver too. Conveniently locate at Mid-Cities (Watagua Road) & Rufe Snow Rd. 76148 In the Albertson's shopping center.
