Disgusting server. I still love the food here at the Subways, but now two of the three employees here are a let down of morality and interest in visiting here.

After making 3 foot long sandwiches, the app says NO coupon necessary, but I was unable to get the already made 3rd sandwich FREE. App clearly states buy 2 get 1 free. The ladies were beyond press and annoying to keep the sandwich for themselves. Ugh. Not to mention the phone line just beeps busy.

Lady was rude , did not listen well. Wanted to use restroom and they did not tell me I needed the key. They just popped there head over the wall and talked to each other in Spanish. Tried to speak in Spanish and they said they don't speak Spanish. But when there were no customers to take orders they were speaking Spanish.

I tried to order a sandwich from them on ubereats. One hour after I placed the order, they had not finished “preparing” the sandwich. I had to call ubereats to cancel the order. Big fail.

Always have great experiences hear just need not to hire people if they cant speak English until they learn. Staff members putting everything on my sandwich I didn't ask for cause she didnt under stand English. Smh

The Web site says that they open at 9am but they don't open until 10am on Sundays you need to change your Web site info

I visit many Subway shops. The downtown DC ones are cleaner and freshly stocked.
