Blind Consumer: Store layout is very narrow. Upon entry, registers are on your left with a line trailing forward as you walk. Like many 7-Elevens’ staffing is limited. Other customers assisted with identifying items. Language barrier with staff could hinder verbal communication with staff. I would still shop here.

If the store is supposed to be open for 24 hours….why not show some courtesy to your customers and UPDATE the site when you’re CLOSED. I wasted $15 on an uber, driving to 3 different 7 elevens in SE, just for them to all be closed with no sign or explanation. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

The store was dirty, there were no cold waters and the staff was not friendly at all.

Not open 24 hours; here at 1:17AM. Don't post that you're open 24 hours if you're not open 24 hours.

Went in with my service dog yesterday. The attendant asked about the dog. I told her that he is a service dog and continued on to grab the bottle of water I went in there for. She then asked me for paperwork - I told her that she should talk to her manager because she's not allowed to refuse service based upon lack of medical paperwork. The manager came out. He started insisting on paperwork too. I told him that A) I don't carry it with me for routine errands and B) I'm not required to present it to be protected under ADA. He then embarrassed me by insisting and raising his voice. I told him not to worry about it, because I won't be coming back. He said "good". I called corporate immediately after leaving the store. They've opened a case for it. Don't go here if you have a service animal. Or do go here with your service animal if you want an easy lawsuit.

Constant homeless loitering in front harassing customers, shouting obscenities, and making threats. Why 7-11, or the city, does nothing I have no idea. If you really need a 7-11, better to go around the corner to the one on Pennsylvania Ave. Cleaner and safer and you're less likely to encounter a cashier with body odor so bad it makes you gag.

Walking through the front doors of this shop is like falling down the rabbit hole into Anti-Wonderland. It scarcely rates above self-service. I actually had to scan my own merchandise, swipe my card and take my own receipt to get a pound of coffee out of this place.

I was asked was I using EBT because I had $17 worth of merchandise and I’m African American I found this to be extremely insulting. I calmly told the cashier I’m using my Visa thank you . I started to call the corporate office but did not people like that always get what’s coming to them sooner or later .
